FRCA Frog is an educational practice tool for UK anaesthesia trainees. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Account data: your Google account email address and display name.
• Profile data: chosen display name, exam date, subscription status.
• Practice data: session records, scores, time spent, spaced-repetition mastery.
• Activity data: daily activity logs for streak tracking and heatmaps.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics via Vercel Analytics.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (EU West — Ireland region), ensuring it remains within the European Economic Area. No personal data is transferred outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

4. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
